Jona Husbands has over 15 years of experience in the design and management of financial plans for a clientele who understand the need to be fiscally proactive now to better ensure a more secure future.  He has also worked on the institutional side helping business owners evaluate and manage retirement plans for themselves and valued employees.

Jona is responsible for meeting with clients and researching client issues as well as preparing and presenting financial plans. His areas of concentration include estate planning, stock option exercise planning, pre- and post-retirement distribution planning and Special Needs planning. With an older brother in the ASD Spectrum, he is well equipped to offer meaningful advice in incorporating those unique components into a clients’ overall estate and financial plan.

Jona graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Centenary College of Louisiana. Prior to joining Archer Consulting, Jona was a founder and principal in the firm of Jaster-Husbands Wealth Management, providing planning and investment services for both Corporate Retirement Plans and Private Wealth Management.  He began his business career developing solutions for Highly Compensated Employees at publicly traded corporations as a member of the Institutional Investment Department at Morgan Stanley/ Dean Witter.
